As we approach our 140th anniversary and in order to support our 5 year plan to secure the work of our past members and to further grow and develop the facilities at the club the Bowdon RUFC Fundraising Committee is proud to launch The Bowdon Moles Club

We have a long list of goals and improvements, the first of which was to secure £25,000 from Aviva to drain and improve the training pitch, which arrived in our bank at the start of February - but we want to raise a lot more for the club!

“THE BOWDON MOLES CLUB” is a monthly lottery.

The lottery is open to all members over the age of 16, and you can have as many £5 monthly tickets as you like.

The rules and a longer explanation are attached, so please join and help us secure the legacy of Bowdon RUFC for the next 140 years!

*The prize money will be 50% of the lottery membership fee taken that month, up to a maximum of £1,000. All remaining funds will go to the SOLID FOUNDATIONS account to help fund equipment, resources and capital projects for the club.

Here’s how it works…
• Follow the above link to take you to a sign up page.
• Decide how many £5 tickets you would like for the draw each month and select the appropriate payment plan (£5 =1 ticket, £10 = 2 tickets etc etc).
• Complete the Contact and Direct Debit mandate sections, check the authorisation box and select continue.
• Once completed and submitted this buys you a membership number(s) (we will allocate), that enters you into the monthly draw.
• The draws will take place on the first Sunday of every month (except August, where the prize fund will be carried over to the December Double!).
• If you win, a cheque will be posted to your address in the contact information and the name of the winners published on Pitchero, Facebook and on the Club noticeboard.
• The prize money will be 50% of the membership fee taken that month, up to a maximum of £1,000. The remaining funds will all go to the SOLID FOUNDATIONS account to help fund equipment, resources and projects for the club.
• The more that join the bigger the prize fund.
• Note - All participants must be over 16.
