We have an opportunity available for an Events Coordinator.

We are searching for a person with a "can-do" attitude to assist our club in coordinating events that enhance our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience.
The Events Coordinator will be tasked with the planning and managing of our events' calendar, for both in-house and to external clients. Negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives, culminating in the execution of the pre-determined Event Schedule. Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will ensure the development and improvement of our organization's growth in the Marketplace.
Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
• Handling budgeting and invoicing
• Liaising and negotiating with all stakeholders
• Negotiating sponsorship deals
• Handling logistics
• Updating the Head of House
• Managing branding and communication
• Developing event feedback surveys
• Handling post-event reports
Event Coordinator Requirements:
• A recognized qualification in Public Relations, Communications, or Hospitality
• Communication and marketing skills
• Project management experience
• Good leadership skills
• Highly Organized
• Multi-tasker
• Good time management
• Proficiency in various event software
• Expert interpersonal skills
The role commands a competitive salary and is fundamentally a part time, 20-hour contract, primarily Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm. This is flexible, adapting timeframes and working on occasion evenings and weekends, for client and operational meetings, giving the ability to work paid overtime as and when the business demands.
