To all club members

As already announced, this year's AGM will take place in the Clubhouse at 7.30pm on Wednesday 13th June 2018.

Members wishing to submit motions or nominations for office should make them to me no later than midnight on Tuesday 29th May 2018.

Motions and nominations should be proposed and seconded by Voting Members of BRUFC Ltd, these can be in writing or email as per the Articles of Association

The motions or nominations should be submitted to me by midnight on the 29th May 2018 at 13 Heath Road, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 6BH or via emails to acartlidge1@ntlworld.com
Members of the Committee will also be making nominations for each of the posts.
The only vacancies for which the election will take place this year are for:
1) Chairman of the Board (following Mark Jordon’s resignation)
2) Non-Executive Director (following Norman Dodd’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
