Sad Loss

A popular social member and a keen Newcastle United fan, retired officer Dt. Sgt. Bruce Stead passed away on Saturday 5 October, aged 59. He had joined GMP in 1982 and retired in 2009. He started on the Trafford division before moving around and spending most of his career on the Salford division.
He leaves behind his wife Angela and two daughters, Amy and Kirsty and two grandchildren.
