Wales Training Camp -What's happening!

Please wear your training kit as your training will start straight off the bus.

Bring a small towel as you will be getting wet. By all means wear your speedos but be aware of ridicule.

Please treat the area with respect its a place of natural beauty soon to eroded by 24 rugby players.

If you miss the coach tough!

Food and Energy drinks will be provided in the form of a packed lunch, sorry no vegetarian options available!

You will train but you will also enjoy it.

Weather for Saturday in sunny spells 20 deg. tops!

You work as a team, remember that.

6:30am Meet at the Club

7:00am Coach Leaves the Club

9:00am Arrive at Newborough Forest Car Park

9:30am Training

11:00am Finish Training assemble at the coach

12:00am Lunch

1:00pm Rest sunbath chill

2:00pm More fun (Training)

3:00pm Training

4:00pm Finish

5:00pm Check in to accommodation at Bangor University

6:30pm Assemble for the court session

6:35pm TC gets dressed as a Banana....again!

7:30pm Whatever............
