This is being held at Sale FC Carrington training facility on Wednesday evenings at 7pm, 7.40pm and 8.20pm. The teams are of mixed ages and genders from 14+. The evenings will run until 10 /07 so if you wish to get involved to keep fit, hone your rugby skills and join in with the fun on a hot summers night, or wet and drizzly, then do not hesitate to get in touch.
Training sessions are held at the club on Sunday mornings throughout the Summer 10.30-12pm.
