The tempo of the game was set firmly from kick off when Dom O’Gara received the ball and returned 60 meters breaking through what can only be described as a cold Whitchurch defense to score with less than a minute on the clock.
Quick ball provided by the forwards allowed Bowdon’s youthful and pacey backline to cause Whitchurch endless problems resulting in further tries from Tom Hughes (2), Josh Griffiths, Luke Rink (2) and Conor Wordley before half time.
The second half continued in similar fashion as Bowdon continued to apply pressure with scores coming from Chris Fletcher, Mark Davis, Stephen Balfour, Conor Worldey, Ed Benson and finally Josh Griffiths to finish the match with the score at 84-7
A fantastic performance from the whole squad who now look continue this level of performance next week against Macclesfield.
